This past Saturday, we hosted a Barlow Trunk Show with the lovely Alice Barlow and Lulu Chang (of LuluAndYourMom).  There were gorgeous, lacy, leather, softer-than-butter designs here from Barlow, delish cupcakes from That Takes The Cake, Greyhounds courtesy of Devotion Vodka and a $500 outfit giveaway!!

We had so much fun chatting it up with Alice, getting fashion tips from Lulu, and sipping on refreshing cocktails–a perfect Saturday!

Any way you spell it, this sport is taking the U.S. by storm, and its about time.  The rest of the world has left our statistics-obsessed Baseball fans in the dust and has been standing behind this fast paced sport for as long as I can remember.

Now that Soccer’s biggest competition, World Cup 2010, is right around the corner we can watch with mouths agape, overfilled pint glasses, and our favorite team colors waving to and fro as we jump up and down in rejoice at the first goal of the game. (Be it that you’re not rooting for USA)

Avery D. + Heather F.– When we heard about the Bay to breakers contest we couldn’t believe what we were hearing.  Running a 99 year old race that starts at 8 AM in San Francisco’s beautiful SOMA district, in a pair of new stiff Italian denim, all while quenching our thirst with some good ole pabst blue ribbon under the California sun?

This is a dream come true for most college students and definitely something we want in on. Not only will we gladly represent Azalea Boutique and Nudie Jeans co. in this amazing race, but we will win it for the people of San Francisco.

Aaron Abramson– Hi, I am Aaron Abramson and I would love to be considered to run Bay to Breakers with a pair of Nudies. I’m 35 years old and I have been training for the run. I have never run before but decided to run for the first time this year. I have wanted to run the race for the past several years but only this year got up enough hutzpah to go for it. I absolutely love Nudie Jeans and own one pair of slim jims that I wear all the time. I live and work in the Hayes Valley area. Been in the bay area for 5 years and have cheered others on who are running. I know its going to be tough but I am up for the challenge (esp in a pair of Nudie jeans!). Bring on the pain!
