Since 1998, William “Billy” Reid has been churning out menswear with a an emphasis on detail and a desire to bring back craftsmanship to men’s American fashion. After launching his first collection in spring 1998 the fashion world took note. His line delivered a laid-back elegance and brought simple and quality luxury goods back into the picture. This veiled charm earned him the prestigious CFDA Perry Ellis Award in 2001.

After a brief hiatus from fashion in 2001, Billy came back in 2004 with a vengeance. He decided to focus on expressing his personality and love for all things sartorial of a bygone era through the clothes themselves. Reid’s clothing is made of luxurious fabrics and crafted to stand the tests of time. In fact, Billy thinks they look better with age. They are clothes that you wear, break in, and make your own.
