Jean Shop’s finally back in stock here @Azalea!
A little bit about Jean Shop:
All of the denim is Japanese selvedge, which is made exclusively for Jean Shop. Each pair has orange selvedge detail. Selvedge is special because it is woven on vintage shuttle looms and is of much higher quality.
Jean Shop’s denim is processed with pure indigo, the quality of indigo prevents crocking (for example if you sit on a white sofa, the blue color won’t rub off).
BONUS: All of the jeans are manufactured in the USA.
The Rocker Fit is their most popular men’s fit–it has a mid-rise and a medium leg.
The Skinny fit is their unisex fit. It has a mid-rise with a narrow leg.
Both fits are straight leg. However, the Skinny Fit has a much narrower opening throughout the leg, all the way down to the ankle.
We suggest fitting into the size you are comfortably snug in, as raw denim will stretch out as it is worn. The denim will only shrink in length if it is washed in hot water or dried in a dryer.

I went to this place to get some of our jeans fixed the other day! It’s nice to see that the city still have clothing production, and that brands like Levis use local workers… Check out all the antique machinery, and the people who makes the jeans we wear, sewing every stitch, cutting every pocket, pressing all the rivets, one at a time!

Naked & Famous Denim – hottest new thing at the store :)
In the world of over saturated, over thought premium denim, where brands rise, fall (or never took off at all…) – when I couldn’t possibly get excited about another new wannabe, I was pleasantly surprised with Naked & Famous. First, the price point is really really good ($109-124). Secondly, wait a minute… I am getting a selvedge, raw, great quality denim for how much??? $109!! Ho! And thirdly, it has a great fit, with details that is comparable to $300 pair of selvedge jeans out there. Finally, they are Ginno’s favorite new thing, and what our denim guru says it’s cool, then, it’s cool. That’s how it works here at Azalea. If the name reminds you of “Rich and Skinny” (a not-so-cool brand that made me cringe, twice) – here’s the explanation of what’s up with the name:
“The brand name Naked & Famous is a satire of our celeb-obsessed culture. We aim to poke fun at “Hollywood” and “Glamour” brands that sell jeans for $300 and up solely because Jessica Simpson wears them and not because they are higher quality.
Our logo is reminiscent of 1950`s Pop-Art. Early Pop-Artists depicted the “ideal blond” as a satire of mass media and mass culture, then fed it right back to them. We intend to do the same.”
